All goods will be sent via Australia Post.

Outback Horse and Tack Supplies excepts NO responsibilty for items lost in the post.

Depending on the size of your order and availability of stock please allow 7 to 21 days  for your order to be processed and delivered as we source many of our products from the USA.

We offer discount pricing and quality products.If any of our products go to backorder, you will be contacted to advise of an expected delivery time. The rest of your order, if you have purchased other items, will be sent straight away and the backorder item will be sent to you at our expense

All products have been included on this website on the basis that all goods as described , will be available.Failure by a supplier to deliver goods of any description, or at all, may result in some lines being unavailable.

Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please provide details of the problem, the date and invoice number for the goods in question.
Return shipping costs are not refundable, except in circumstances where it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

International Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.Orders being shipped to international destinations will be charged at additional rates.

Outback Horse and Tack Supplies has no control over whether customs or import taxes are charged in country of destination. The person receiving the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with there orders. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before you proceed to make an order.
